WAIT FOR THE APPOINTMENT

Mendebal, or the construction company managing the project, will send a formal appointment by email to the property owner registered in the database, indicating the day, date, and time of delivery. This email will include all additional information about your apartment (Owner’s Manual, architectural, electrical, hydraulic, and gas plans, fencing design, COVID-19 preventive information, and a contact map link that must be completed before attending).

ATTEND ON THE SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME

At the building’s entrance, a representative from the construction company will greet you and guide you through the project. You will be introduced to all the common areas (parking lots, BBQ areas, water tanks, administration office, trash chute, etc.).

THE WAIT IS OVER! TIME TO SEE YOUR NEW APARTMENT

After touring the common areas, you will be accompanied by our advisor to your apartment for the first time. Necessary inspections will be conducted, including electrical, hydraulic, gas, and window checks, to ensure your new home is perfectly ready for you to move in.

DELIVERY REPORT

Once you have toured and checked the apartment’s technical conditions, an inventory and delivery report will be read and completed.

METER READINGS

The advisor handling the delivery will take readings of the gas, electricity, and water meters and record them in the delivery report.

NATURAL GAS CONTRACT HANDOVER

You will receive the gas service commodatum contract from the Multintegral representative to guarantee your service once you move into your new home.

THE BIG MOMENT IS HERE!

After completing all previous steps, it’s time to read and sign the delivery report, receive your keys, check final details, and take a photo of the first big day in your new home.
