Once you are convinced that this is the ideal project for you and have chosen your apartment — including the tower, floor, and desired view — an advisor will prepare the quotation for you.

They will then work with you to design a payment plan, indicating the amount of the initial down payment (usually 30%) and the number of months available to pay it off. At this stage, it’s important to take into account your saved severance funds, benefits from compensation funds, and any other additional amounts that could provide financial assistance in purchasing your home.

You will now need to reserve your home with the amount set by the developer, which is usually calculated as a percentage of the property’s total value.

Finally, it’s time to begin the process of requesting a pre-approved loan from a banking institution, which will assess your borrowing capacity and allow you to cover the remaining 70% of the property’s value through a mortgage.

For the Property Deed
We handle coordinating with the notaries and legalizing your loan with the banks for the signing of your deed. If you are unable to attend the signing in person, be sure to request the necessary power of attorney form so that someone can represent you.

Processing Your Deed
We handle the processing of the deed with the necessary entities, culminating with its submission to the Office of Public Records and Instruments so that the property you acquired is officially registered in your name with the Republic of Colombia. Afterwards, we will send the documentation to your place of residence anywhere in the world.
