   • Enter all the requested information to declare and pay your tax, then click Continuar.
   • You will reach a window that allows you to Consult or Print your tax bill. It is recommended to do this step before paying via PSE, as the site also allows immediate payment. This lets you verify that all registered data is correct.
   • Once verified, you can pay online using the Pague Factura PSE option. If you prefer to pay with a printed invoice, use a laser printer to ensure the barcode reads correctly.
3. Note: Even if you enter your ID as the property owner, the property may appear under the name of the fiduciary in charge. To update this, return to the window in step 2, choose Gane descuento adicional del 1%, or submit your request with a copy of the property certificate (Certificado de Tradición y Libertad) at the nearest Super CADE (Cadastre office).
